    The Billings FamilyPaul and Melanie moved to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in November of 2005. During that time a fellowship of believers began under their leadership.

    In April of 2006, their first son, Titus was born, and in August of the same year they began the process of adopting Timothy.
